The Translation Transformation
A 90-day coaching engagement for behavioral scientists who are ready to stop hitting a wall and start having impact.
You know the science. You believe in it. You've seen what it can do.
But every time you try to bring it into a business conversation, whether that's a job interview, a client pitch, or a meeting with your own leadership, something gets lost. Eyes glaze over. People say "that's interesting" and nothing happens. And you can't figure out why, because the science is solid.
The problem isn't your expertise. It's your “translation.”
Most behavioral scientists lead with the science and assume the other person will connect the dots to why it matters. But decision-makers are busy, focused on their own priorities, and speaking a different language. The gap isn't about intelligence - it's about bridging two worlds that don't naturally speak to each other.
That’s what The Translation Transformation teaches you to do. More importantly, we build your skills and toolkit together, applied to your specific situation, your specific stakeholders, and your specific pitch.
What you’ll get:
The confidence to walk into any room and make the case for behavioral science
A clear view of the opportunities already in front of you and how to move on them
Templates you can use immediately, in every situation where you need a “yes”
A pitch that actually lands, reviewed and refined by someone who has sold millions in BeSci consulting
